Dave Herman, EMT-P, BA, CEO, Lead Instructor is a veteran firefighter/paramedic with over 30 years of service.  25 years have included educating the public and the employees of many of the area’s fire departments and ambulance services.  Dave has served as EMS Chief, Training Officer, and Fire Chief for 15years.

Ronnie Herman, CFO, COO, Instructor has eleven years experience in fire service communications.  Part of Ronnie’s responsibilities as a supervisor for 9 years in an emergency call center was training employees and the general public. Ronnie’s educational background is in Workforce Education and Development.
