Dave Herman
EMT-P, BA, CEO, Lead Instructor
Dave Herman is a veteran firefighter/paramedic with over 40 years of service. 30 years have included educating the public and the employees of many of the area’s fire departments and ambulance services. Dave has served in many areas of the fire and EMS service including flight paramedic, EMS Chief, Training Officer and Fire Chief.
Ronnie Herman
CFO, Instructor
Ronnie Herman has over 20 years experience in fire service communications and teaching. Ronnie served as a supervisor in an emergency call center for 9 years and was tasked with numerous training responsibilities in that time. Ronnie's educational background is in workforce education and development
Will Herman
COO, CCEMT-P, BS, Lead Instructor
Will Herman is a firefighter and critical care paramedic with 10 years of experience working in both rural and urban EMS/Fire. Will has also been an instructor for over 10 years. Wills educational background is in Healthcare Management.

EMT-P, BS, Instructor
Jake is a firefighter and a paramedic with 5 years of experience. Jake pursued a career in professional athletics before transitioning to Fire/EMS. Jakes educational background is in Secondary Social Studies Education.
